My Mom's affidavit:
I have redacted their names for their privacy.
These documents are sworn and true.
They support what I've said about the hospital not following protocols,
leading to my abuse (physical and mental) by the hospital and their staff.
Including the fact I was not mentally ill, but the hospital ignored facts.
What was done to me was illegal, period.
I want the truth to be known, seen, heard, acknowledged. Because of unforseen
circumstances (such as the house fire I had, and homelessness, etc) there have
been too many hurdles, I have not been able to get a medical expert report, despite
having prints of the Ontario laws (Mental Health Act, Health Care Consent Act, Canadian
Charter of Rights and Freedom, etc) as legal proof the hospital and staff violated my rights,
and so much more.
So I leave these here to be seen instead. The hospital did tear my closeness with my family
apart, especially my mother, but I do appreciate my mom & sister took the time to make affidavits when
the personal witness letters they wrote might have been dismissed by for not being legally sworn on.
